• 41,000 square feet of air conditioned space that is lit by a combination of natural light from an abundance of windows and polycarbonate overhead doors and the latest technology in LED lighting

• 80,000 lbs of overhead crane capacity, with synchronized remote controlled bridge, trolley and hoist

• 2,400 square feet of paint shop for in-house coating application

• 10 acre yard space

• Direct access to MTO Highway 7/8
